These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kxr8 website, mobile platform, games, wagering services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on kxr8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To create an account and access the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions. kxr8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only).
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or restricted persons list maintained by kxr8.
• You are opening only one personal account in your own name and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Every user must register a single account using accurate and truthful personal information. kxr8 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in the restriction of withdrawals and other account functions.

• You must provide a valid name, date of birth, email address, and phone number during registration.
• kxr8 may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any stage.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kxr8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to negligence on your part.
• Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all bonus funds will be forfeited and the accounts may be permanently banned.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

kxr8 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following specific policies apply to financial transactions on the Platform.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. kxr8 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Any deposit suspected of being sourced from illegal activity will be reported and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. kxr8 reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks prior to authorising any withdrawal. Any pending bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kxr8 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable rollover has been completed.
• kxr8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting or coordinated exploitation of promotions, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes, obtain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other players to defraud kxr8 or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the kxr8 Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, game graphics, software code, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of kxr8 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from kxr8.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxr8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss. Our total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the user in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

• kxr8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service downtime arising from maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or acts of war, release kxr8 from any liability for the resulting failure to meet obligations under these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

kxr8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of any provision of these Terms; abusive or threatening conduct towards kxr8 staff; violation of applicable laws; or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification checks. Bonus balances will be forfeited on account closure unless otherwise stated.

9. Responsible Gaming

kxr8 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team. 10. Amendments to These Terms

kxr8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, we encourage players to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. kxr8 is committed to handling all complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our support channel, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules in force at that time.
